Real Wood Veneer section
SMC only stock the highest quality veneered edgings. That is not a statement made lightly. Even the carefully matched finger joins are all but invisible. Stocked in 22mm, 30mm and 50mm, both in unglued and preglued, we stock edgings that are a careful match to the main veneered boards available in the UK. We also carry stocks of pre-lacquered veneers in some species, and we can source just about any specific or exotic veneer you might wish to use, in surprisingly small quantities. Our core range of plastic edgings are in 0.4mm. Now grown to over 30 different patterns, SMC are adding to the range all the time according to the demands of our customers. We have largely completed the move from PVC to ABS now, and there is a concerted drive to make the patterns the same across the plastic thicknesses.
New for spring 2010, the SMC 1mm ABS range is the first plastic range we have introduced which is entirely ABS from the start. With an initial range of 18 of the most popular patterns in the SMC range, we are confident the 1mm range will prove a great success.
SMC Plastic 2mm
The SMC 2mm plastic range is based upon the melamine range, as are all the other plastic ranges. Now comprising over 20 patterns, it is continually being updated and expanded to reflect the market.
